She was extremely unorganized and never told us what was on the quizzes. She said the quizzes were over sections but that was never true. Depending on the TA you get this class can be extremely difficult. Lectures are horrible and they do take attendance throughout the semester.

Comes off as a nice person, but seems to not really care about individuals. . Your TA's are a lot more useful when you need help. Judy just goes off on lots of tangents. Bring a pillow to class.

Really knows what she is talking about. She knows so much that she can sometimes go off on wandering(but extremely informative) tangents. The very nature of the class is admittedly boring unless you have a passion for art history, so don't expect to be blown away. She is very organized and the course materials are accessible online and very clear.

Very well educated woman and it shows through her class. Her lectures are presented clearly in conjunction with powerpoint for easy note-taking. She encourages participation and answers questions, but not a morning class. She can be quite boring. She gives assignments that are often irrelevant and she does not grade work. Grading depends on TAs.

She's a smart woman, and very sweet, but has no idea whatsoever how to teach. There are no politics involved in this class, despite the deceiving title "Art and Politics," which is rather disappointing... DO NOT TAKE IT if you actually want to learn something useful.
