Comment:

Lovely professor with great personality. My only issue is lectures are length and can be boring esp. if you have attention issues. She's really nice and I would def take her again. Also, you have 0 homework and 0 textbook use. Gives handouts and study guides for everything. Very easy. The only grades are tests, so do well!

Comment:

I had Golding for Ethics. The class is very interesting. I loved hearing her personal stories mixed with the lectures. Her lectures really made me think and want to change some things in my life. She is a wonderful teacher and person. I want to take her philosophy class next summer.

Her lectures are long, but it's just that type of class. No HW, but she gives you handouts to read and lets you know what is on the test. She is so sweet and not mean at all. I am in her philosophy class(doesn't use textbook) and I will take her ethics and logic. Can't wait! One of the best professors hands down!

I LOVED her! I took Logic with Professor Golding and it was by far my favorite class of the semester. She was helpful, understanding, and clear. She cares a lot about her students and it shows. She is very smart and all around a wonderful teacher. I would definitely recommend her for any philosophy or logic classes!

Professor Golding is passionate about her subject. Her lectures are long but you just have to show up and listen. She gives you hand outs so you don't really need a book. You can take a few side notes and it will help you with her tests. She goes over everything on the test so no surprises! Would def. take her again :D Nicest lady ever!

Took her for a fast track class. She is very passionate about her lectures and compassionate about her students. Taking notes throughout her lectures helps with any short response tests she may give, but basically being present for the test review is enough to pass every test as she basically goes over everything that will be on the test beforehand

Golding inspired me to continue with college. Her lessons are very interesting. She puts her heart into her lectures. She's very well educated. She will talk to you about your situation & takes the time to get to know you. Her class was interesting; the testing allowed you to elaborate your opinion and understanding of the topic. An amazing person.

Ms. Golding is awesome! Def one of my favorites. Its true, her tests are based on handouts and class discussions. She will bring up a subject related to what shes teaching, and everyone chimes in. Easiest class I've ever taken. She's a nice lady and grades very generously. I went to class every time but I know that you could probably go to class 1/4 of the time and still pass. Didn't use the book at all. Even taking notes is unnecessary because she gives out study sheets before every test! Also, my class was a morning class and she would always let the class out after 20-30 minutes. Seriously. Easy A.

Wonderful! :] She's a great speaker, quirky and a little cheesy sometimes but it just makes it all the better. Very comfortable atmosphere in class and she is very knowledgeable. I read the book but we never used it in class. Your choice to buy it or not it has interesting side information. Tests are a cake walk. If you listen, you'll be fine :]

Professor Golding was very precise. She would tell you whats on your test and thats exactly what was on it. No surprises. I love how she was straight to the point and every example she used in her lectures could be understood. If you failed her class you either weren't listening, weren't coming to class or just plain crazy!

Comment:

Very sweet and down-to-earth. This class is very easy, there is no homework, and she does a complete review of the test the day before you take the test. She's very knowledgeable about Philosophy and uses great analogies to break things down so that you can understand it. Don't bother buying the textbook, she doesn't use it.
