Not worth listening to!Straight from a farm I'd say and it's surprising she's had an education. I learned nothing in her aging and society course and wish I hadn't taken it. It's frustrating when you are an eager student and the proff offers absolutly nothing. Her grading was unclear and as if she picked favourites (boys who gave her attention)

Course material is not heavy but you have to read religiously to keep up. She is slightly unorganized and like many have stated previously the way she words her exam questions typically could only be understood by the one who made the test in the first place. Overall,nice lady, poor prof.

Judy-Lynn is a really nice (and hilarious) person who really cares about her students. She's really tricky though... she's not great at writing tests and uses tricky wording that seems to only make sense in her head. She can be very unclear, but at the same time she's amazingly helpful if you need it. There's good and bad to her, I guess.

I am appalled at the ratings on here, these are people who obviously don't care and haven't talked to her. If you go see her in her office and ask her questions or go over your work with her your marks will improve (even if the quality of your work doesn't) learn to suck up a little, it will pay off greatly!

I never had an experience like this before. Prof. Richards is horrible. She isn't very bright (can you imagine a prof who isn't bright? we'll we have one here). I could teach myself with more rigour and intelligence. She is the worst prof I've ever had.

It is absolutely unbelievable that Ms. Richards is still teaching at UPEI. She frequently shows up late, or doesn't show up to class at all! She's unorganized. She often wastes entire classes talking about her personal life. And her lectures are so confusing and nonsensical that students are better off learning by self study.

I read the previous reviews on this prof and was excited to take her. Unfortunately they are far far from the truth. She is by far the most unfair marker that I have ever known. You can study for half an hour or 10 hours and make a similar grade. Most questions on tests are illogical and confusing.

Judy-Lynn is unprofessional and spends most of her classes off topic. Her tests are only changed slightly from year to year, so get last years tests and you will be doing great. Not much work is required for the class, which is great. Do not expect her to show up to class on a regular basis.

Judy-Lynn is one of the most entertaining profs I've ever had; her classes are always a complete riot; you learn the material but have a lot of fun in the meantime. She's a really fair marker and has a lot of compassion for her students. Great Prof!
