She is so nice, but is all over the place. She's forgetful and repeats herself a lot. We never received any grades all semester so I had no idea how I did on my speeches, but she ended up giving everyone A's. I think she mentioned she'll be retiring. She's been at EMU forever and has a lot of history to share if you ask her about her life.

Judy is a very laid back women. She is so nice and will help out her students as much as they need. She has no tests in her classes, just assignment and some easy papers to write. The class is fun and you're always interacting with each other.

Judy is an AMAZING person. She has the best heart and wants the best for her students! She is so laid back and lets you turn in assignment when you finish them. NO TESTS, but little assignments and a paper. I want Judy to teach all of my classes. I'm sad that she doesn't teach more classes :(

Judy is a wonderful person! With that said, I wish she would have a bit more structure with her courses. She gave us a syllabus that made the class look way too difficult, and then followed almost none of it. Did not give back any work throughout the course, so I had no idea what my grade would be. Proceed with caution in terms of grading.

By far the best professor ever. She has a goody bag she passes around class while we have our class discussion. The class is a big meeting every time. I highly recommend Judy!

Ms. Judy is my all-time favorite professor. She is very knowledgeable and super nice. There are no test, just paper normally not very long. You also have the whole semester to turn them in. Ms Judy is very unorganized, (Much like myself) so she works well with me. If you need structure in you classes, then I suggest you NOT take her classes

Judy is very unorganized. She passed out 4 different schedules. Her class is extremely easy, though. I would recommend taking her if you want an easy A and need a class to blow off. There are no tests just papers which you have the whole semester to do. You do have to attend class, but some of the discussions are interesting.

Judy is a fabulous teacher! She is so friendly and nice. She runs her class well. She likes to do activities that interest the class. She likes having class discussions which usually turn out very interesting. This class is extremely easy, but you don't need the book.

She is extremely friendly and upbeat. She likes to talk a lot but it's all interesting stuff. Talks about family a lot, you really get to know her on a personal level. Most of your grade is from coming to class and participating. If you don't like talking/participating, don't take her class. Overall, great class, amazing woman, & gives out snacks.

What an amazing teacher! Contracted grades so you know what you have to do to get an A on the very first day! Cares about everyone and truly develops a bond with them. She's very real and down to Earth and basically becomes a really good friend of yours by the end of the semester.

As a person and teacher, she makes the class enjoyable. You get an idea of what the class is really about, but she never has a firm gameplan. Unfortunately, her lack of organization and control made the class somewhat frustrating. I do stress though that it's an easy class with a very cooperative and bright professor. Judy means well.

She is the best. I took interracial comm with her and she was perfect for the class. She was understanding, tolerant, senstive and considerate-- qualities that a prof should have when teaching a class that can be uncomfortable and scary for some students. I've learned so much in her class and you haven't experience EMU unless you take Judy!

Judy is GREAT! I had her up in Traverse City over the summer! For our last speech we met at a local restaurant. How cool is that?! I highly recommend her! She is such a sweet and caring person! You'll love her!!
