Great professor with a sense of humor as well. I don't know if I could have passed Calculus without her. She's great about being available outside of class and answering any questions you have about homework or tests. Awards points for effort on tests--a real lifesaver if you've got the general idea but can't quite get the answer. Take her!!

Comment:

Professor Dahl is another one of Mines' great math professors. She clearly loves the subject, she makes sure students understand the homework problems, and her tests are clear. For the tests, the reviews help a lot and the practice exam is usually dead on with what your exam will look like. I would definitely take her as a professor again.

Took Diff freshman year and she is the best! She gives her students notes online that you can fill out in class, both on windows journal or hard copies Her tests aren't hard and easy to get an 'A' if you know the material. She gives a study guide and the past semester exam to study with! 10/10 would take her again for another class.

Mrs. Dahl is a fantastic teacher. I would happily take any other class with her should I have the opportunity. She is very clear and works through plenty of examples in class. You definitely need the book, as the majority of the homework (which is graded) is from the book. She will definitely help you out if you ever have any questions.

Dahl is a pretty good teacher. Helped me learn a lot about calculus. Anytime I had question on an assignment, I schedule a time and went to her office. She gives good lectures and is willing to answer questions. Awesome notes. i got a C in her class but thats because some of her tests are hard.

Dahl is great. She posts notes online for you to fill out and follow along in class. She does assign homework but it's not worth a ton of points, the goal is to encourage you to keep up with the material. She is very helpful during office hours, even if she seems intimidating-she's very nice if she knows you're making an effort. Would recommend.
