Dr. Fleming is a super nice person but her ethics class bored me to death. It's not really about ethics, it's mostly about social psychology and morality, which is fine. It is pretty interesting a lot of the time but it can get repetitive, you can tell she's taught this class 500 times. Her lectures are suuuper long. If you study a little easy A

Dr. Fleming is a great professor for ethics. She genuinely cares about all of her students and wants to make sure everyone understands the material. Sometimes the lectures can get a little long, but as long as you take notes and do the readings, the tests are very straight forward. There are 2 exams, 1 quiz, and 2 short papers.

Comment:

Great professor. Really makes the theological ethics class interesting. Sometimes lectures can get long, but overall really good. Two paper in the class--easy. Two exams and one quiz. She gives you the quiz a week before so you know all of the questions. I would take again.

I've had her in two classes and would definitely take another theology class with her. Very nice and enthusiastic lady and gives great lectures. Homework is super easy, just 2 paragraphs per week in online submission about short readings. If you don't do the readings, midterm and final could be difficult. Overall enjoy her and would recommend!

Comment:

Dr. Fleming is incredibly nice; she learned everyone's name by the second class. The setup was easy as well with a midterm, final, a few take home correction questions, and weekly quizzes. Would recommend to anyone! Also, you can easily get by if you skip the readings as she says everything in them in her lectures, which can sometimes be boring.

Dr. Fleming is an amazing professor. There are weekly online quizzes with unlimited takes, 4 short paragraphs, and a midterm and final with the questions given to you a week before the exam. She is also amazing at lecturing, and covers the entire chapter throughout the lecture, so there is no need to read for her class. An extremely easy A.

Dr. Fleming is a very good theology teacher. The class is easy and the reading is not require because she talks about everything you need to know in class. There is a midterm, one test, a final and weekly online quizzes. For the tests you are given the questions ahead of time and get a outline. Highly recommend Dr. Fleming!!!

Dr. Fleming is definitely the one to take for theology!! Super easy class. Reading not required as she goes over EVERYTHING in class. Weekly multiple choice quizzes on blue line, midterm, final, and one test, all written where you receive the question ahead of time and can bring in a notes sheet. TAKE!

Dr. Fleming's THL 250 Ethics class is one to get you thinking about your own personal outlooks. There is a fair amount of reading, but it is easy to keep up on. 4 short 1 page papers. Major paper at the beginning of the semester to keep the stress of at the end of the semester. Very easy to take notes from her lecture. She is very thorough.

Dr. Fleming is such a great instructor. She makes class interesting even if you hate theology. One big paper, 5 quizzes, 5 one page papers, midterm, and final. She is super strict on grammar, so make use of CU's writing lab. Really interesting and easy class. Definitely take her!

Fleming is great. I HATE Theology but she makes it very interesting and applicable to your own life. Only 1 big paper, make sure you work hard on it or you'll fail. 2 tests, midterm and final and they're not bad. Take her if you don't like theology.

The Flem isn't as understanding as she pretends to be. she's an intense grade when it comes to one's grammar, and she gives very low grades on your papers. She doesn't want to look over your papers or help you in any way what so ever with them. do NOT take her if possible!

She is very good at what she teaches, and you will learn a lot, most of her course load is in the first half of the smester. The midterm is definately harder than the final, if you take notes though its not that bad. She is a stickler when it comes to writing but the rest isn't bad, I would recommend.

I thought this class was interesting but I hate the professor. When it came time for the papers I did mine a week ahead and tried to ask her to help me look over it because I tend to write weak papers she just said no. Horrible! What's the point of teaching when ur not going to help the students. Avoid!

Dr. Fleming is the nicest lady ever. She is really concerned about student progress and is willing to help you with anything, you just have to ask. She is very organized and she gives you all the information that you need for the tests. Overall the class is a breeze. The papers are graded kind of hard, so know your grammar rules.

Very interesting class. Material she goes over is very thought provoking, but she only uses like 20 pages out of most the books she makes you buy. She's very helpful and nice, and test/quizes are easy. Her papers are really hard to do well on tough b/c she grades grammar VERY hard. Definitely go to class to do well though :)

Dr. Fleming is extermly interesting. However, her class is hard! Lots of reading... questions on the midterm/final are TRICKY!There seem to be mutliple answeres per question... if you have a pretty easy semester then this class would be great. However, if you have a hard class load I would recommend another professor.

A thoughtful person. Always willing to help. But she teaches a little hard...not too bad. Quizzes are a bit tricky. One 5 page paper. Two 2 page "event papers". A bit strict on grammar. Lot of reading materials...but it should be manageable. Very intelligent person. Lectures are somewhat interesting. You should do fine in her class.

she is a greta lecturer, very eloquent, she will always answer someone's question if they raise their hands, very willing to help students understand, but quizzes are ridiculous and confusing, amount of reading is ridiculously a lot, VERY STRICT paper grader, I got a D on my 6 page paper
