Really not good. I went in thinking I would learn something and I learned nothing. Very unhelpful, unfair, and snobby. A professor should not be unapproachable! I worked hard and saw no results. I feel like I wasted my time and my dads money.

"Professor" is erratic, sporadic, unprofessional, and unclear. She is dull, dry, and monotonous. Her lectures are vague, and the directions for assignments are ambiguous. Avoid this over the hill, washed-up, past her prime "professor"!!! Her voice/accent is agitating and annoying!!! she doesn't have the desire or drive to teach and should retire!!!

She was late for almost every other class, never got out of her seat once she did get there, and had an odd way of lecturing so that you never were sure just what you were supposed to be learning. Did I mention she never got out of her chair or do anything besides lecture? Her assignments are unclear and she's an unfair grader. Avoid her class!

She is an AWFUL OLD lady who does not care about her students. If you see her on campus she sends you away saying that it is her "time." I thought she was nice but she is too concerned with herself. She does not respond to e-mail and her entire class is student presentations. I learned nothing new!

When she says, "There sure are a lot of "you" people in here" she does not mean numbers. I would avoid her completely the old woman needs to retire. Damn hurry up! She insists on getting older and still teach. What a disgrace to Brooklyn College. Its like a child being left with an abusive parent and the social worker does nothing to help them. Tsk

she may seem nice in class, but she is really a bitter mean old lady inside. Do re-writes a milion times if u have to cuz she will keep finding mistakes she missed last time. she bases her grade on 2 papers only! the other hundred essays she makes u write are pointless and count for nothing! overall bad teacher, bad experiance.

all of the ratings are true for this one. I took her honors class and she is very unclear with what she wants. She also gives back papers all marked up, and always finds something new to **** about your paper will never be good enough for her. She also assigns a ton of essays I think i did at least 10 plus at least one revision on each. Avoid her.

I was so excited about this class and so disappointed by the end. I really feel like I could teach it better than she did. She put absolutely no effort into learning about the city. When I had to correct her errors, she was very stubborn. The whole second half of the semester is student presentations. Not worth your time or money.

It was bothersome that she didn't grade any of our papers until our last two written assignments. Although she may seem like a tough teacher, she's actually rather nice as long as your diligent and hand in things on time. She also lets you do multiple re-writes to replace the old grade with a better grade.

She is by far the best professor at BC. Intelligent connections between strange human happenings. Always kept my attention. She's tough, but fair. Just take an interest, talk a lot, be present, and she'll respond with kindness and attention.
