Definitely didn't let us use notes on tests, yells for most of the lecture session and told the class we were stupid and useless. Studying forever is required for each test. Nice guy in person but YELLS often. Stressful

if you get anything less than an A in his class you have no one to blame with yourself. You pretty much have to work to fail. NOtes are allowed in the tests and there is never a question on the test where the answer wasn't said in class. If you don't get an A in this class you are really too stupid to be in college.

He's VERY hard, but you can't be afraid to ask questions. He will find another way to explain something you don't understand. Studying is a must, but what would college be worth if we didn't have to? Don't be afraid to make an office appointment. He will make time to help you!

He is a good teacher in class and also lab but if you have no idea about Biology then this is not the class! You have to study extremly long for the tests just to get a decent grade and once your lost on a subject you can just forget about it!

You would have to be a complete idiot to not get an A in his class. Just take notes, type what he says is going to be on the test (usually 2-3 pages typed double space max) so that you can find it easily and fast and you'll have a 100% paper every time.

I received 100% on every test - why. because I came to class and took notes, everything on the test was in the notes, and notes could be used for the test. You can only get less then an A if you are lazy and don't care about paying attention in class
