He was just a hateful old man who constantly reminded us of how stupid we were and how easy we had it. His tests had nothing to do with lectures nor the text book and the half of the class who did well, only did well by studying old tests. He was no help. When I get a call from the NSM asking for donations, I name him personally when say no.

Although he is knowledgeable about his field, he does a terrible job of introducing newcomers to computer programming. He'd be better off teaching people that already know what they're doing...but they don't need teaching; they already know!

I had him in early 2000's and he was by far the worst professor in my college career. He would spend half the class telling us how easy we had it and how stupid we were. really. he always talked in 3rd person's point of view and taught nothing. We were on our own the whole time. When the NSM calls me for donations now, I just mention his name.

I took this course in 2005. What a waste of a very necessary and interesting subject (Software Engineering). Just read the book. I can't even begin to list the reasons why you shouldn't listen to him. I've never given a professor a truly bad evaluation until this course. Tenure at its finest.

this man gave me my first C in college. Steer clear of him, unfortunately he's the only one teaching this class - DLD. He revolves around his own little world, you cannot hear anything he says. his exam guides are totally different from the real deal. he grades awfully. the only good thing about this class was the TA, who was very helpful.

DLD - You can not understand this man when he speaks and he doesn't care. Doesn't want questions asked and will mock you if you do. Thinks everyone is stupid except him. Tests are hard, and he contradicts book. Do it his way, even though it may be wrong. Won't listen to reason. EVIL little man!

This guy is an AWFUL teacher. He has no teaching skills whatsoever. He comes into class with a speaker and microphone bought from Toys R US and points the speaker towards the wall. He claims this is the best way it works. Nobody can hear what he says.
