Isaacs is a great teacher. My only critique is that he only lectures and doesn't have students participate at all. Also, he gives you very minimal review material for exams, so it's hard to dial in on any one topic. If you struggle though he is always willing to meeting you and is very helpful. Pay attention in class, take notes, and study hard.

Isaacs is a great professor and a good guy. Tough but honestly his Macro sets you up very well compared to the rest of the department. Take him. It will be hard but you'll learn and if you put in effort hell reward it and certainly notice it.
