She is knowledgeable in her field and displays genuine concern for students. She tended to be very difficult to locate during office hours and often had her child with her. I found that to be a hinderance to my learning and unprofessional (as it was on a regular basis). I think she should focus on her students when at work.

If you want to kick butt on your graduate school enterance tests, and if you really, I mean really want to have O-Chem down pat, then this is the teacher for you. She is a genius, and she cares about you and makes sure that you have the necessary tools to pass her class, and more importantly become an O-chem scholar yourself.
