WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE HAD AT LE MOYNE. I never struggled in history prior to her class and she is the hardest grader. She takes forever to grade exams and puts terrible notes on the board. hard to understand but she is retiring so avoid her at all cause in the spring semester of 2014

She is a nice lady, but she grades super hard. She picks your test apart and gives you the worst possible grade. I was really good at history and I even took three AP courses, but her class is really hard.

Sweetest lady, however, she grades super hard! You think you may have done really good on a test but she picks it apart so you don't do well. Wouldn't suggest if you're bad at writing and not willing to work hard. Notes are very scattered and hard to understand exactly what she wants you to know.

Dr. Bashaw is a nice lady but the hardest grader I've ever dealt with. Just taking down her notes will not help you pass the course, you need to write down what she rambles on about in class as well. She grades the research paper harder than any other teacher and is extremely picky. She knows what she is talking about but is not the best teacher.

Other textbook used :0393925374 Wonderful professor. very energetic. Extremely nice and caring human being. Very helpful on paper research process. Made me love History. Paper is due early, but that was such a helpful thing to get it out of the way. Three exams(including final), noncumulative. No multiple choice or short answer. Still very fair.

She's cute old southern lady. She makes funny comments about politics and current events. She Jumps around and Runs around class. Talks about her husband Louis and her dog on a daily basis. Ask class question no one ever wants to participate and when someone actually does she says "I did not pay Joe to say that." Good Professor!

Tells exactly what will be on the tests. yet somewhat unclear on what answer she expects. Allows you to turn in things early and u should. Also she's very interesting unless your in a comotose you will find her class enjoyable. Makes good comments on "crackers" + "staying out of the police blotter"

I was not impressed with her teaching skills. I felt that she jumped around too much and talked about irrelevant things. A lot of the times I fell asleep. There is no way to fail her class (HST 212) because shes going over basic history that you learned in high school.

Amazing professor. Worth getting up at 8:30. One of the only Le Moyne prof's that actually asks you how you are doing and cares to hear the answer! The best lecturer at Le Moyne. Take anything you can with her!
