I love the idiots on here complaining about how unclear she is. Go get extra help then. She is very smart and knows a lot about the subject, which is how a teacher should be. Those who want to be spoon fed the material should go take a 101 course at URI. If you do the online material and homework, the tests and quizzes are pretty easy to pass.

Shes not a bad teacher. Test sare not too bad as long as you do the hw. Collects 3 hw during the semester. Quizzes are tough and add up to a decent amount of your grade. Really nice lady.

Alright here's the deal. She's a nice lady but she really can't teach period. I went to her office hours for 45 mins to double check if i had missed any classroom information that was not in the text. More than half failed the first exam. 1/3 dropped out. What can I say? She lectures in class like we're experts. Her exams are not hard- it's confusing. The way she words her questions are very difficult to understand what's she asking for. Her voice is so annoying and she would never shut up

take this class if you love spending time in ACE b/c you learn NOTHING in class. she is all over the place with lectures. even if you get decent test grades the quizzes will KILL your grade.no more extra credit opportunities. DO NOT TAKE HER. she should be fired.

Decent class. collects three HW assignments, 5 question M/C quiz on every chapter, 4 relatively easy tests with extra credit available, and a final(don't have to take with a 93 or better). Good teacher, who knows what she's talking about.
