didn't like this class at all. seems to get enjoyment out of embarrassing herself and the students - incredibly abstract. didn't learn anything about dance the entire semester, in a dance class. hardly any assignments (and no tests), super easy class. in my opinion, terrible professor.

WONDERFUL PROFESSOR! Easy class, no exams, no final, no quizzes only like 5 essays short about 2 pages and only have to go to 1 performance on campus or off also group performance at the end of semester.

Long and boring. I skipped almost every class and showed up only for the quizzes or days where it was kinda important but was able to leave after the "important" part was over. She does not make the class interesting and fun. She moves about the room in a wild and crazy manner. It's an easy A if you need an elective. Other than that, DON'T DO IT!!

VERY EASY. She makes it very fun to be in the class, and shows very interesting videos that catch your attention. MAKE SURE YOU GO TO CLASS. She quizzes on the material we learned in class only, so if you're not there, you will fail the only two quizzes. Final is an essay on a film of choice.

Karen is an awesome prof. She's pretty easy grading wise, but i still feel like i learned a lot. She really takes an interest in her students. Discussion and participation is key. Don't miss a lot of classes. She makes it feel like a community and it was always a class i was looking forward to. The readings were interesting...

Dr. Schaffman is very nice and always willing to help. This class is super easy and she wants everyone to pass. The articles that she has you read are very interesting and the quizzes are a piece of cake. She does require you to go watch dance performances at school and outside of school and then you have to write a 1 page review which is easy.

She's a very fun prof. All you need to do is read the assigned articles and talk about them in class. Be prepared to participate cuz that's a big part of your grade. The class isnt hard but she is crazy. You read out of a book she put together with all differnt stories which you read before you come to class. Class is easy going, even if u didnt read you can get by on the discussions. Her exercises in class can be a little odd ball but and easy class to pass

I felt that she was very powerful as a teacher when dealing with the subject matter. It's refreshing to have a professor that isn't so serious and stale all the time. This class was alot of fun with great experiences.
