Karen is one of the best professors I've ever had; she's so supportive and enthusiastic, and really cares about the success and creativity of her students. Her Drawing I class was definitely time-consuming & difficult (you should expect several late nights in Horvitz, especially for later projects), and I learned and improved so much this semester.

He teaching method is well balanced between providing structure and encouraging independence. Cares and it shows, challenges you to find your limits. Be prepared to work - not a cake-walk. One of the best experiences I've had at Kenyon.
