i highly recommend this professor if you want your moneys worth. Great teacher! If you show up to class everyday, read the textbook, ask question(very approachable) and understand his lectures and understand lab befor going, you'll do fine. It's not easy but i hate chem and did just fine. will look forward to taking him for chem 101.

idk what the previous posts were spewing. This class was easy. Show up everyday, takes notes, do all the labs, make flash cards, and then you'll get an A!!! He's easy going and does explain everything. I would highly recommend taking him. I only studied the day before each test and aced all 3. If you can't pass this class you should give up on life

This teacher is really good, he knows his stuff (He's a Doctor). If you want an easy A, he's not the guy for you. If you're up for a challenge I strongly recommend. Come on, this is Chemistry, if you don't like math or science go into Arts or something

If you can wait to take Arias or another teacher for chem, I recommend it. He gives you literally 10 pages of notes a day, and gets irritated when you ask a question. When you don't understand something and you want an explaination , his only answer is to say, "Because that's the way it is." or to repeat what he had just said. Good luck!

Over a Summer session, he made a lot of inappropirate comments but was nice afterall. Gives a passing grade if you attend all classes and put forth effort. Will wk through all practice questions and the tests look like them. He's okay. Chemistry is the "monster." But I passed.

This is the best Chemistry teacher at Harbor. He is not easy but neither is chemistry. His lectures are very good with board notes. He helps in lab and discussion class with the mathematical problems. Provides study guides before tests & no quizes.
