Prof. Dunnigan is one of the best instructors I've ever had. She somehow makes history fun. The class can be difficult and it is a lot of material, but she really does everything she can to help her students understand, including optional study sessions before every exam- go to them! They are helpful, and no other professor I know cares that much.

One of my best experiences with a professor. She's a no BS type but cares about the students and it shows. West Civ 1 and 2, same format. Makes timelines to help keep track of events. Both written and objective exams. She gets together a study group before class for extra help, extremely beneficial. I would recommend Professor Dunnigan to anyone.

I have her for Western Civ 1 and I love her class. She organizes the material and presents it in a way that is easy to understand. I've actually learned something and enjoyed it. She always give extra credit for her tests which is awesome. She's a very nice woman and excellent teacher. It's not hard to get a good grade in her class.

I am 40 and had her many years ago. She is without a doubt the best professor I ever had. Her classes were interesting, her tests were challenging, and her love of history was infectious. I'm so happy to have had her as a teacher. (I only wrote 101 because this was so many years ago I'm certain I wouldn't remember the class number)

One of the best professors around. Her lectures are straight up lecture, yet are never boring. Tests are strictly on-point, and easy with a bit of note taking. I loved this class up and down. Highly, highly recommended.

Her class was my first college class ever almost 4 years ago. She brings history to life and makes it interesting for everyone. Very helpful, encouraged me to major in history which I currently am at a 4 year University. I wish she taught at my new college becuase I'd sign up again!
