She was an incredible instructor. She was understanding, humorous (when it came to bacteria), and fair. Great person to know and ask advice from. She is a LEGEND.

She is an excellent lecturer, and brings a lot of passion to her lessons. She is very witty, and it makes her lectures even more enjoyable. I have only seen her encourage and be kind to even the worst students, and I have enjoyed every minute of her classes. I believe this is her last semester, and I feel lucky to be taking Microbiology with her.

very mean lady not friendly at all. if you ask her queations, you get more confused beause she insults you or refuse to help that time. moreover, only 5% of exams comes from her lectures. so, to get an A or B, only follow the book.

Dr. Levine is a very intersting teacher, she teaches with high expectations of you to participate, but is not very helpful when you have questions BUT i am very happy that i took her and i learned so much. She astually is warm and excited about micro,and wants you to be as well. I am a better student because of her class :) GREAT TEACHER!

I FELT THAT DR.LEVINE WAS DIFFICULT TO TALK TO REGARDING QUESTIONS ABOUT LECTURES HOWEVER REALLY LEARNED SOM MUCH FROM HER TEACHINGS. OVERALL I AM REALLY HAPPY I TOOK AND STUCK WITH HER CLASS BECAUSE I GAIN SO MUCH KNOWLEGDGE FROM HER TEACHINGS.

She is not helpful at all because she expect everyone to get all her instruction and if you ask her because you forget, she will say, "that's why you have to take notes." Common,that answer is being stupid or rude. I feel that we can't even ask her regarding of any confusion about her lecture.Dr.Coatney. Dr. Barn, and Dr. Tarp are the best.

Doesn't always ans. ?'s, or ends up confusing you more. Spends 6-8 lect. on the Krebs Cycle & doesn't test that much on it (2nd midterm). Very tough & does NOT grade on a sliding scale. 1st midterm more than a 1/3 of the class got a D/F. By 2nd, number didn't go down too much. You learn a LOT but she's not approachable if you disagree on a grade

Lecture are not very helpful. Make sure you read the book. Her tests are not completley like her study guides like she states. Check out the disk that comes with the book some of the test qusetions on there are very similar along with the end of the chapter questions.
