She is a little crazy, but a very nice lady. She really knows her stuff when it comes to nutrition. She kept class interesting and was great at answering questions and giving feedback.

She is very enthusiastic and loves what she teaches. Her grading is inconsistent and often times unfair (taking off several points for not using a paperclip). Lectures felt like they lasted forever. She's obsessed with the textbook and is a stickler about having it in class. I'd recommend taking this class with someone else.

Worst teacher ever! Her class drags on. Very unorganized. Never has papers...loses them all the time. Takes forever to grade and takes off point for stupid things. Get a different teacher if you have her.
