SUPER sweet lady and really cares for her students. The tests are focused on the material she went over in class but she posts the powerpoints online. The only thing is that she has quizzes over the readings which are really long and hard to understand.

She is the sweetest prof. here. I genuinely liked her. She knows the material. If you have to take an ethics class, I highly suggest her. Envr ethics is super easy to get your head around. Just make sure to read before class, sometimes she does pop quizzes.

I 'm a mathchem, so this class was an oasis. Ignore those who say you have to agree with her opinions to do well. The idea of the class is to understand the ethical theories presented and work within those theories to pose your arguments. You do not have to agree with them, just understand them. The Class is relaxed and open so enjoy it.

Sweetest lady EVER. LOVED her. Class is discussion based, so it's what you guys make of it. Pay attention and participate and there will be no quizzes. You do one (easy) report, 2 tests 1 final, and 4 hrs service learning. Very knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. Could not recommend more. Just pay attention and know the theories.

Dr. Robinson is a good professor. She is extremely knowledgable on environmental issues and the class is mostly discussion based. Know the theories, and you'll do well on the tests. She is very approachable so don't be afraid to ask her questions!

I would recommend avoiding her if you have the chance. If you are a philosophy major, this class may be suitable for you. She is a nice woman, but she asks opinionated questions and expect the best score only if she agrees with it. Quite a bit of reading, but the actual material isn't difficult.

Prof. Robinson was a great professor! I think the people that are complaining on here are too lazy to do the work! Prof. Robinson was always willing to help and work with you and provide ADVICE and GUIDANCE..not just give you the answer...a true professor that made you think and work!

Probably the worst professor I have had. She seems way too interested in listening to herself talk. Many classes involved 35 minutes of her talking at us about unrelated things followed by a rushed lecture. The assignments and tests are relatively easy, but she is very quick to critique if your response does not match her closed-minded opinions.

I don't know what they are talking about..Mrs. Robinson is the most precious lady I've ever met. She was always willing to help me when I had questions and even stayed after class with me to help me with homework. You have to do the homework and study for the tests but you definitely get the grade that you work for and deserve.

If you can take another teacher for this class, DO IT.She is 100% the worst teacher ever. She doesn't care how you do in the class and is unwilling to help. Your only graded on Homework, Quizzes, and the Final. NO extra credit is given. She doesn't give partial credit on the quizzes I tried so hard to do well in this class and none of it paid off.

Lecture class is useless. Extremely boring and frivolous assignments. Required to outline Aristotle, Kant, Mill, etc. on their ethical theories which are impossible to understand. She told us at one point she was going to take us all back to kindergarten and teach us how to learn again because we didn't understand the ethical theories. Avoid her.

She is a HORRIBLE teacher. does not teach anything, tends to make mistakes and teach the wrong information. She's contantly being corrected by her students since we must teach ourselves by studying the text book and doing homework. It is possible to do well if you instill lots of time and effort into teaching yourself, and go to si sessions.
