AMAZING. Yeah, she's tough, but you learn a lot. Be active and participate, she'll love you. I'm taking her next semester because I loved her that much. Don't be lazy and you'll be fine.

This is and online class with many students being continuing education students. Does the Professor realize this? People have jobs and families. I am not looking for an easy class but to consistently have to do 1200-1500 word paper along with reading 2 chapters from two different books. Totally absurd. No concideration for a person taking 2 classes

Graded by 2 exams and a final but given several extra credit opportunities. Her teaching style takes a bit to get used to, but is clear once you adjust to it. You don't need the book (look the cases up online), but definitely read before class. She gets upset when there isn't much participation. Take notes on everything and study and you'll be fine

There is a great amount of assignments with limited instructions, and they do not get graded for weeks. Also there is very limited communication throughout the semester with students. Just assignments and deadlines!

She is a nice professor. I liked this class there are only 3 exams, and she gave a few extra credit. She puts on videos to watch once in a while, and you do not need the textbook you can look up the cases on line. Make sure you read the cases she likes participation.

She doesn't really know the material that well, and shows a low level of how to teach students the law and how it was applied to the cases. Whole grade is 3 tests with some extra credit so there is little room for error. Don't need the book since it is difficult to comprehend, and it is helpful to research the cases on your own.

I recommend this class for anyone, she plays movies all the time, gave us a take home test and grades her papers fairly. Her lectures are repetitive though, she goes over the same things a bunch of times. However, she is funny and interesting. If you take notes and study you will do fabulously!

Shes a great lady, helpful when you need it. Teaches like shes on speed, notes are all over the place and board. Study for the 2 exams and do well on the 1 paper and you'll have at least a B+. No attendance policy. Had her in con law and criminal procedure

She made me change my major, I was only a freshman, and she treated us like 2 year law students, plus she was annoying and boring to listen to!!!!!
