Hands down the best prof I've had. I don't get how everyone struggles in CHM with her teaching it. She has a HUGE curve (88% was a 4.0) and tests are very straightforward. Homework problems don't take long and they actually help, so do them. Teaches from memory, doesn't read notes or powerpoint. Is very thorough if you can stay awake at 8 am.

She keeps you until the end of class every single time. Some of her lectures would get me so lost because she would teach the material way to fast or think that every person knows what shes talking about and still goes on. She is an associate dean so beware. However, she does curve quite well.

Anyone that says this teacher is hard must not be all there. Guess what- you are in college- so if you don't want to do work at a fast pace and don't want to try and make an effort to stay awake in class in order to gain knowledge, then maybe college isn't for you. This teacher is fair and nice, I would recommend her. 4 exams and 3 quizzes.

This class is @ 8:00am in the morning. How can students learn all the concepts that early. She should of assigned it @ a different time. Half of the class is sleeping bc it is too early. Tests are kind of tricky and speeds up very very fast. She teaches higher chem classes but this is an intro class so she should slow down.

Very hard. I had to rely on others to help me out. All she does is assign homework problems and lecture. Her lectures are VERY boring and half the class is always asleep. Drinking tons of coffee won't help either. Her tests/quizzes aren't that bad, but you never learn anything in lecture and she speeds through everything.
