Took her for an online intermediate algebra class. Absolute nightmare. Doesn't teach. Uses videos that another professor narrates. Goes way too fast when she is explaining things in the video. Emailed her countless times for explanation for something and takes forever to respond and when she does its copy/pasted from syllabus. I would not recommend

Easily the worst professor I've ever had. 1) She moves way too fast. 2) She gets things wrong all the time on the board and is daily corrected by students. 3) Not willing to help a student who earnestly wants to understand. 4) Honestly she doesn't even know the material she's teaching. Save yourself time and money and don't take ANYTHING with her.

Moves too quickly. Online video notes can be really bad. Have caught her getting her own problems wrong on more than one occasion. Don't take her class online. She can't stop to help the way she can in class.

Overall a great teacher and person! Her notes are easy to follow but even if you get lost she is more than willing to stop and make sure that you get it. I have already completed Calc II with her and am taking Calc III now. So far so great!

Took this class online. It was very tough. I recommend not taking this class online. Make good use of the free tutors in the ASC. Nice professor, offers help. Not a good class to take online though. Tests are done at the ASC and the last test and the final are due within one week of each other. Very tough course.

I'm a terrible math student, but she is incredibly responsive, very clear about what is expected, and includes many things throughout the online module to help you through the course.If you don't know algebra, which I don't, then you shouldn't take this class online.Although she is a great teacher,the material is alot to handle without being there.

I have always had trouble with Math but Professor Gross was very helpful and her responses were always timely. I did better in this Math class than I have in any other Math class, ever, because of her willingness to help when I asked for it.
