Comment:

Easily the worst professor that I've ever had. This class is required for all business majors and is an intro to Finance but she treats you as if you've been doing this your entire life. The average grade for my class is well below a C+. Don't ever take a class with this professor. You'll just be using more late drop credits.

She really wants students to do well, but you have to make it happen for yourself. Exams are not as hard as people make them out to be. 100% on the exams is achievable if you study enough. If you want to pass finance by doing the bare minimum then this class will not work for you. If you want to learn finance then this is the best class for you

she is a very bad teacher if you don't have algibra mastered you will fall her class. She will not help you out of class period. She thinks that her class is the only one that matters. If you can not master her class you are not allowed to graduate .

Hard class ya but only class at behrend that i have actually learned something in. Challenging! do the homework on HM and pay attention to the things she repeats in class youll do fine... i suggest getting a study buddy or youll spend countless hours on a problem u cant figure out yourself

One of the most difficult classes I ever had. She tries to prepare you to be a finance person, but Finance is a required class for many more majors than finance. Her tests are tricky when they don't need to be. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The best teacher I have had to this point. She is a very good teacher and goes at a good pace. Test are very fair, basic problems on the exams. The only reason its a difficult class to get a good grade in is because there is only 200 total points. TAKE HER AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN. You will actually learn something.

Kay knows finance. She is very helpful but there is only so far that will take you. You should always review what you went over in class. Hardest class i've ever had but i pulled through with a C. Don't give up if you don't do so great on the exams. The presentations help.

The most helpful and caring professor I have ever come across, and there have been many. She will go out of her way to make sure you clearly understand b/c she knows if you are in the class..somewhere down the road you will be using the material. TAKE HER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!!

I took 300 in the summer. It helps if this is your only class you are taking. She is very hard but fair. Not for Non FNC majors. She is very nice and helpful as well. If you do all the assignments and read you should be ok. 330 was an easy class and a great elective.
