I just took the online Math 70 class from her and thought it was the best math class I have ever taken. Yes, she has high expectations on participation, but it extremely helpful and patient with the class. After looking through the other comments, I wonder if she is more suited to online than classroom. I can't wait for Math 95!

Kay started her online course with a touchy, feely "How are you going to improve and overcome math fear" She's sure everyone is deathly afraid of math. Sorry, her course is to easy for that and if I wanted touchy, feely I'd have taken a gender studies course. Oddly she's bad at touchy, feely. She relates to her class very poorley.Insulting at times

We had a syllabus conflict that she wouldn't back down on. Luckily nowhere on the syllabus was there anything that said she could change it. So I took it to the dean and she had to back down. She has a very diagreeable character.

I find Kaye to be very helpful PATIENT, I dont know if I could run a class where I had to repeat myself so often. I have learned much from Kaye.She is a gem. She is very helpful , without giving any of the answers away. She makes you do the work.
