He doesn't get to teach upper level classes that often, but his intelligence really shines through when he does. His office would be filled with students all the time (often 2hrs/ week for me). I just loved the experience of having him in class!

I loved going to his class. He is genuinely excited about chemistry. He is also willing to make a few jokes at his own expense. He is the kind of professor that does whatever it take for his students to succeed. Work hard and you will be rewarded.

He really likes Chemistry, you can tell, but he's not bored with teaching intro. He always makes sure everybody understands the material, which consequently puts us behind the syllabus a lot... but that doesn't really matter because he does a great job of catching up without making it seem like you are going at any faster rate. A great teacher!

I hope you can write fast because Dunn goes through information at light speed. His exams are tough (for a non-major class) but he is incredibly patient when it comes to walking students through information outside of class. I love his class even though it's my lowest grade.
