Took his online statics class. The tests were pretty straightforward, but the homework is suuuper hard (way more difficult than the test!). Wasnt accessible outside of class very often. He did offer a solid amount of extra credit, which made up for the homework

Comment:

Dr. Crittenden was good at teaching but fantastic when helping one on one. The lectures did not engage me, but since it was the summer, all of the notes were recorded. Some were unclear, but most of the notes I could read and easily understand the material. Tests were easy. Homework made me want to drop engineering, but in the end, it was fun.

Comment:

Dr. Crittenden is the only statics professor who wants you to pass. He is super nice. That being said, he is not very engaging in class. The tests are easy. He is not very helpful with some of the hw problems, but he explains it very well on others. His lectures ran short all but maybe two times so you won't be there for two hours every class.

Had him for an introductory computer science class. It was clear he did not have a total understanding of all the concepts but he still taught the course very well. Super helpful in and out of class as well as a professor I would take again.

Very helpful during office hours and will help you with your grade. his quizzes are online and he gives you a couple of days to complete them. I would definitely take him every quarter if i could. Best engr teacher!!

Took the summer course of 220 so it was naturally easier than the normal courses during the regular year. Dr. Crittenden isn't really excited about the subject but he's not super boring. He seems confused and a little troubled with the material but still seemed to understand it enough to teach it.

Dr. C is a good guy. Is nice. Class is easy in the sense that you don't have to try that hard with him. Your not going to learn anything based on how he teaches mainly cause he doesn't care lol but he grades really easy so no need to worry. Just study for those exams :)

Crittendon was a easy teacher. He is really laid back, and his quizzes are super easy. He doesn't go too in depth, so the test can be hard. Whenever I had a question though he was very helpful. I made an A in the class, but I did have to work for it. I would suggest taking Crittendon over some of the other engineering teachers.

This guy is a fun teacher. Hes a really down to earth guy who has a fun office to hang out in. He knows alot about engineering, and lets us use books on our tests. The tests are all too easy as a result of the open book, so personally I haven't studied and still have an A. Highly recommended.
