Dr. Kapic is the coolest. He is kind, thoughtful, and sincere, yet hilarious and engaging in class. He talks about difficult subjects with the utmost care and really loves his students well.

Comment:

Kapic was a good speaker and willing to help, though he could only offer example essays and better study techniques. I didn't always like his choice of topics. Granted, the image of God and how Jesus atoned for us may be interesting, but I don't think it's useful in a core class, the fundamentals of doctrine. He doesn't use his study guide lots.

Comment:

Kapic is a wonderfully interesting, amusing, and passionate professor. I found his style engaging but often hard to take notes on. He is very willing to talk to you at length after class, and everyone does, so get in line fast! Very good for making theology a matter of the emotions as well as a matter of the head.

Dr. Kapic is the best professor I've ever had. His Christology class changed my life! Every class meeting was like hearing the most interesting and powerful sermons! I also took Kapic for Doctrine I & II and loved those classes. He is an amazing person and excellent (and hilarious) teacher! You will never regret taking him.

Very Engaging Professor! The makes the content fun. However, theology appears to be more conceptual and real for him. It's hard to see that he actually lives what he teaches, especially since theology deals with life. Also, in class he says "but you guys don't care or don't know" and that can be insulting at times. Still fun class! take him!

Dr. Kapic is one of the most interesting professors I've had thus far at Covenant. His classes are hard to get into purely because he is one of the best professors. Kapic is an excellent professor who makes things clear and his assignments are helpful. I have taken three classes with him and I am impressed not only with his knowledge but also with his ability to make courses meaningful to students. He is an excellent academic, but he has a rarer gift; that of a good teacher.

Dr Kapic is one of the most knowledgeable professors at Covenant. He makes the class fun and the work is typically rewarding. However, if you are not one of his BTS darlings, he can come off quite arrogant and dismissive. I made the mistake of speaking up and was made to feel like an idiot. Not a characteristic you expect of Covenant faculty.
