Dr. Dye has proven that his interests are broad in scope. He is a musical genius, but also has an interest in young people. He is involved in helping to change the lives of young people through music and community. He is active in the mission of The Kroc Center and used this passion to help me complete my Masters Project for ONU.

Yes, Dr. Dye has taken the Band of the Fighting Irish and turned it into one of the best in the country. But he has also destroyed all of the fun and interest in the band and the moral and interest in the band has dropped all b/c of him. Technicality and perfect music are not the most important things - interest, fun and desire are as important.
