The material is challenging, but Dr. Richardson is so passionate about what he teaches that it's contagious. He assigns homework for every class period, but it is a good supplement to the lecture and he's very accessible outside of class. Exam questions that you get wrong can be redone for half credit. The final is extremely hard but he curved it.

Nice guy, lets you make test corrections for half points back. Very reasonable and funny. Definitely take if you want to learn and walk out with a good grade. From what I have heard, he is better than most math professors on campus. There is homework and quizzes every Friday, but very manageable.

I took Dr. Richardson for Mathematical Foundations as a test course. Good professor, but he teaches tough subjects and doesn't want to give away answers in office hours so I always felt like I had to repeatedly bother him until he gave me some useful advice. Lots of homework, lets you redo it for credit as well as exams for half credit.

Higher Geometry - TR 6-7:20 - Fall of 2016 Okay, so here is the gist: Homework due every class- lets you redo it for full credit Lets you do exam corrections for half your points back Detailed exam reviews Like any other geometry class-lots of proofs Class is boring Handwritten and formal typed version of all his notes are provided online

Going to class is kind of pointless because he puts all of the lecture notes online. But you have to go to class to turn in your homework. He lets you correct all your homework grades for full credit and lets you correct Tests to get half the points you lost back. It's really not too bad

So far Dr. Richardson in my favorite professor. He makes a lot of jokes in his lectures and that helps getting through the lectures. The class is pretty difficult, but just ask for help. Go to his office hours. He explains things really well! No textbook!!

Definitely has a different teaching style than most. No book. Daily Homework. Almost weekly quizzes. 4 Test and you have the opportunity to earn back half of the points you miss on any test by reworking the problems and resubmitting the test within a month.

Hands down Ken is one of the best math professors you can have at TCU. Taking him for Calc 1, and its definitely a challenge. Out of all the Calculus 1 professors he's the toughest, but I can promise you, you'll be a lot more prepared for Calc 2 than with a different professor. If your math major take him! Really nice and always there for help,

I had Dr. Richardson for both Linear Algebra and Discrete Mathematics. One of the best teachers I have had in college so far. He knows what he is talking about and gets really excited when he sees the kids learning for themselves. He is all smiles and will make himself accessible to you at any time for help. Take a class he teaches, can't go wrong.

He is one of the best math professors at TCU. Tons of homework assigned, but you can check answers with him before you turn it in. You can do test corrections to receive half credit back. Final is extremely hard, but he has a curving system for that and posts past exam questions for you to practice on which helps a ton.

Dr. Richardson is an amazing professor. I never write about my professors, but I just had to on this one. I am AWEFUL at math and I still made it through because of him. He's ALWAYS there for you in office hours and drops everything to help you. The only downer is keeping up with the homework, other than that he's AWESOME! Take him!

i took Dr. Richardson for both calc 2 and 3. He is DEFINATELY the best Math Teacher at TCU!! Hilarious, loves to make nerdy jokes and be goofy so take him. 4 classes a week but he makes it worth it to go to all of them. Test corrections for half points back so you'll be fine up to the final. The final is ridiculous so study your butt off!!!

DR. Richardson is one of the best math teachers i have ever had! Gives you the opportunity to redo test for 1/2 credit. If the class isnt ready for the test doesnt mind pushing it back. Really helpful, easy homework, dont need a book, but do need to go to class. Funny, and wacky but AWESOME! TAKE HIM!

This is probably the best math teacher I have ever had. I hadn't taken Calc in high school and I tried the course with another prof and had to drop. This guy is awsome. If you make a low grade on a test you can do test corrections for half of the points back. Really good at explaining things and funny.

This is the best teacher I have ever had! He will do everything that he can to make sure you pass his class. You will never fall asleep b/c he will keep you laughing the entire class. His tests are kinda hard but when our whole class did bad he let us re-do it to earn some points back. If you make an effort and go to class, you will pass.

DO NOT PASS THIS TEACHER UP. Richardson has to be one of the best professors on campus. Extremelly helpful, fairly easy. You have to turn in homework and take quizes every friday with are like 20% of final grade. If class average on tests are fairly poor he can do some pretty damn nice grading curves...BEST TEACHER..TAKE HIM.
