She's straightforward with everything. I'm not a fan of poetry and literature, but she made the class interesting. Just show up, do your essays ON TIME, and bring your book, and you'll see how nice she really is. Once she weeds out the kids who don't care, she becomes an amazing professor. She'll revise your papers for you too if you're early.

I always looked forward to this class. I really learned a lot about the literature we read. She can be tough. She actually throws people out of class if they don't bring the book or text during class.

She doesn't have patience for ignorance, rightfully so and is beyond funny. Her assignments aren't difficult if you pay even the slightest amount of attention in class. My favorite thing about her is that she really seems to care about her students despite the fact that she pokes fun and makes jokes about people in general. She's awesome.

one of the worst prof ever. in fact I spoke to several people in the department and found out she has the highest drop and failure rate in the entire English department if not the entire school. She is sarcastic, condescending and arrogant. She actually told us that even if your parents died its still an unexcused absence. Don't take her class!!!!

I am a biology major so taking english is hard enough already because I have no interest in it what so ever! She is a hard ass and LIVES english. She cares about attendance and her pop quizzes. I do not recommend. She does not care if you fail. I did not like her attitude and was not helpful at all.

Great professor and really funny! She's a tough grader, she even said so herself. I enjoyed her class though because it was really interesting. I had to write only 5 papers throughout the semester and they were only a few pages long. Make sure you participate in her class!!!

She's great. Unless you're a slacker that can't read 4 pages at the most and write 3 essays the whole semester. She is a hard ass, and it's nice because she has control of the zoo that is ncc. If i were her i would be fed up with the students at this point. othwise, she choses get essays to read and interperates them very well. TAKE HER CLASS

honestly she dosent care much. sometimes i felt like she just wanted everyone to drop the course so she wouldnt have to come in for the rest of the semester. but if you really need help, you might get lucky depending on her mood
