I have a 3.8 GPA & dropped Tangen bcse he doesn't know how to teach! Wasted 5 wks! He just quickly zips thru his ppt's, w/minimal explanations. Yes he arrogantly dismisses students' ques & complaints. We are here to LEARN, not just become operantly conditioned test taking monkeys who "just memorize his ppt's." Unfairly takes >10 min to dist exams!

Worst academic experience in my life! By far... Pure memorization of his notes, book not needed ($120), don't by it if u end up in his class. Some people take him, because they know it's only memorization. But if u actually want to learn about the subject, avoid this teacher. His first study guide titled: "171 things to know". Good luck!

i took his perception class and i think he's alright. he makes sure you get the material through his notes online but going to lecture you get a better understanding. Also, not very approachable; seems like he talks down to you. but easy going guy and mc tests. all the material is in the notes. all in all not bad

This class is boring, but the prof is nice and is very lenient. He drops the lowest exam. Sometimes, he gives out extra points in class. Don't have to write any papers, just exams. His notes are simplified, so you need to go to his lectures to fully understand them.

SO EASY. All you have to do is memorize the notes which are online. You might want to go to class so that the notes make sense, because they usually don't. You don't even need to read the chapter!

Horrible professor. He thinks the hippocampus is in the prefrontal lobe. Um it's in the temporal lobe. Incoherent most of the time because he mumbles. The class lacks cohesion as topics have no logical progression. He's pretty easy if you study the often inaccurate material he gives you. Otherwise, avoid if you can.

EASY A! He reads straight off the lecture notes which are posted online. All you have to do is memorize them because that's how he makes the tests. You don't even need to go to class if you memorize the notes, but you might find it helpful because sometimes they're unclear.

PRINT HIS NOTES!!!! he talks way too fast for you to write them all down just print them before lec...you need to go so that you could understand the notes. his tests are based off his notes which really have nothing to do with the book
