A little scattered at times, but not hard to follow at all (he isn't perfect, you know) even a little easy to distract with questions lol. All exams wear multiple choice, you will haft to study (you are in college), and not a hard grader on the essays at all. Goes that extra mile if you show that you care. Don't text in class!!!

This guys knows what he is teaching. everyone enjoyed his class and had a good time at the same time. he wants his students to attend class,but he not to harsh about it. I am about to take another film class with him. If you really want to learn film I recomend him. He plays some cool films too. :)

I took Zimmerman for both Humanities I & II.History can be very boring but his lectures make you listen without trying to. Take notes on what he is saying and you won't really need the book to help you pass the test. You will need to read a section to prepare for your essay question on each test. He loves Seinfeld/looks like he belongs on the show

Awesome teacher. He gives a study guide make sure to answer all the questions on it and you'll do fine, i learned so much and i'm very glad i took his class. It's not an easy A but i went to class everytime and used the study guide and got an A-- make sure to turn your cell phone off.

Professor Zimmerman is great! As long as you go to class and take notes you will do just fine. He is really funny if you just listen to him. On a personal note... DON'T bring use your cell phone during class.... it makes him very upset

Easily my favorite professor so far. His teaching style is very fun, and informative. He is passionate about teaching, and this passion can easily become contagious amongst those who wish to learn. I did notice someone mention a problem about writing. Yes, you do have to write essays, but if you actually pay attention they are a walk in the park.

I took the 2nd humanities years ago at another college and hated it and was dreading this class b/c of that bad experience. I LOVED this class and learned something to boot! Attend class & take GOOD notes and actually study them and you'll do fine. He tells you exactly what to study for his tests. Leave the techno devices in your back pack!

He is a nice person but difficult to understand on what he wants you to know. He is interesting but like I said, you never know what to study. NO STUDY GUIDE! just power points that dont help much at all. Be ready to always go to class and take ALOT of notes.

Mr. Z is the funniest old professor i know without tryin 2 b.He lectures the historical info 1st. Then he'll clarify it by adding his own lil actions, words, and describing current movies similar 2 the topic for ex: King Kong. Mr. zimmerman is an awesome teacher. I took his accelerated course over the summer and he was more like a story teller then a lecturer. He has traveled around the world and has stories to tell about everything. funny too. if you pay attention to his lecture, you will pass. Essay on every exam, but he grades them EXTREMELY easy. Awesome class!
