Klitgaard is amazing! He makes econ more than graphs and dense material. His tangents/stories are funny, quirky, and always helped me remember the material. I often went into his office for a 5 minute advising meeting and ended up talking about econ/the environment/life for an hour. Great professor with a great personality and teaching style!
