First off, her class was not easy to pass because the lectures were boring and not only that, the midterms are very hard so don't screw up on them. The articles are interesting, but boring to read since some of them were very tedious and too long to read fully. Very nice. Helps you if you go to office hours on the paper. The paper is fun. Read the stuff even if its boring. Does not curve. Be prepared to read a lot and be kind of bored during some lectures. Talks fast during lecture.

She is a good teacher. she is very knowledgeable. There is a lot of reading some is good and some is boring. Her tests are kind of hard. she gives review before the test and if you have done the reading you will do fine. Only 2 written assignments and two midterm. I liked her class.

Ms. Noonan is upbeat, energetic, and the perfect professor to teach anthro. There is, unfortunately, a lot of weekly reading, but she goes over the material in class. The midterm and final were kind of hard, but the final paper is really easy; no research required. She is friendly and helpful...I got a B+ without trying too hard.

She's a cool teacher. Lectures r boring tho, lots of reading involved that I didnt do cuz im lazy. Make sure u like to read and take notes! Most of her stuff is from her NOTES! She sucks at lecturing tho, moves too fast and writes NOTHING on the board. She makes u watch a lot of somewhat interesting movies too.

Great teacher, makes you think a lot about the subject. She is a very challeging teacher unless you do the weekly readings and attend class for lectures. I personally didn't do well because I don't like to read, very helpful teacher if needed. Don't reccomended for lazy students like me but awsome teacher overall, lectures aren't boring at all. GL

She has made folklore fun. She is knowledgeable and makes the lectures FULL of information that will make you look at your daily life differently. Three papers but they're all about your folkloric views of things and the two tests are not hard if you take notes and come to class. Lectures are very important so don't skip a class or you'll regret it

WHY IS A FOLK ARTIST TEACHER TEACHING LRS GATEWAY??? She has NO EXPERIENCE in the elementary school and could not answer questions of our questions regarding teaching! I see now that she is under ANTHROPOLOGY so I hope this professor stays within this field because LRS 300 was horrible for the majority of the class!
