Super opinionated, and spends most of the class on rabbit trails rather than on the material. The only thing I learned from the class was how picking out mouth wash is a difficult task. He does become exceptionally boring after about, oh I don't know...4.5 minutes.

I took every single Biddle class that I could while at IWU. If you like politics and history, here's your man. He should be granted a full professorship. It's a shame he hasn't been. The only ones missing out are the students who could be in more Biddle classes. Awesome lectures, and he'll bend over backwards to help you out, if you work hard.

I think that he was a good proffesor except for all the bias. He definately wants everyone to agree with his point of view. Although I did get annoyed with him at times, his class was alright. I liked how he had study sessions.

I think he's awesome. He is so passionate about history and he knows so much. He's a great prof, his midterm and final are easy if you go to the study sessions. DONT take it as a pass/fail because it's an easy A.

ummm...if you like spending 2 hours of a night class on random unexplainable tangents that have absolutely NOTHING to do with world civ...take biddle...also, there are only two tests in the class (mid-term and final) my advice: take it pass/fail
