She is an overall caring teacher and will help you if you are having trouble. the exams are decently hard but if you participate and do the My Spanish Lab work it will help your grade a lot. The oral exams are nothing to stress about she isn't a harsh grader at all when it comes to it

Best spanish teacher I've ever had. She makes the material very easy to learn and is always willing to give extra help. Exams can be tough but as long as you study a little bit you'll be fine.

Fantastic teacher! She is the sole reason I want to now pursue Spanish in my career path. She's very helpful and has great, efficient lectures. She's going to make you work a lot as any foreign language teacher does so make sure your schedule isn't too packed. Lastly, she's extremely nice and personable so she'll always be there for help.

You have homework almost every night, but she is a very nice professor. Her quizzes aren't too hard. She assigns 2 speaking exams which are probably the hardest thing of the semester. But if you show up to class and do the homework, you will easily pass her class.

Prof Mussett is a great Spanish teacher. I definitely would take her again. She gives homework almost every night. There is also a lot of tests and quizzes. If you took Spanish in high school for two or more years, Spanish 002 with her will be a breeze. She will help if you ask her.

She is a strict grader including grading homework. Be expected to do homework almost every night of the week, including online and book work. She doesn't really teach Spanish she just kind flies all over the book, so be prepared to teach yourself. I wouldn't recommended taking her with any other heavy workload courses.

Very helpful. If you're having trouble, you can visit her office hours and she will map out what you need to do to pass. Be prepared to study a lot, and do a lot of book work. There is homework every night, and you must keep up with the online work as well.

Kitty is a great professor and was always available during office hours to help me. Yes there is a lot of work and you NEED to make time to study every week. You'll get back what you put into this class. Earning a good grade is up to you. She's not going to hand it to you. Attendance and participation is graded every day so always attend class!

I didnt like her. never gave work back on time. did give some extra cerdit but not alot and did explain things to students that really did struggle in languages. good luck if u can switch out

I had her for both Spanish 2 and 3. Spanish 2 was definitely alot harder. There is homework each night, but if you do it and you pay attention in class you'll do fine. If you have the chance, take it during the summer as an intensive course. She's also very helpful if you need help. I definitely recommend her.

Kitty is a hard prof. Spanish is a hard subject. When the two are combined it's a big cluster you know what. Homework every single night that takes at least an hour, and is also three times a week. The highest grade by anyone I knew was a B not even a B+ and he was Dominican! Take Sanhuaza if you can. Don't take Bonta everrr. He's even worse.

Hardest class I've ever taken. Way too much work and way too much material. Seems like she doesn't realize that we have other classes and that we're only taking Spanish because we are required to. Most of us have no interest for learning another language at all.

I really improved my spanish taking this class. she's a REALLY nice professor and very helpful. She wants you to get better in spanish and realizes everyone is at different levels. STUDY for the tests and quizzes, but to pull off a decent grade isn't that hard

Great teacher! Probably the best Spanish teacher. Go to class, do the stuff she assigns for practice. If you have questions ask for help, she will put as much effort into helping you as you put into learning the language. Tests are hard. Quizzes and oral exams are alright. STUDY STUDY STUDY. Not a easy class but Mussett is very helpful
