A lot of busy work. Three, 3 pages essays that didnot count for points on top of six other essay's during the semester. A lot of creative writing and the class is only out of 100 points. Do not take this class. Teacher is not helpful and loses a lot of students work.

this class was such a pain in the ass but if you always put your word in during class discussions your money. the class is out of 100pts, and 3 essays at 20 pts each. not to bad at all. no final. only 2 books to read. and just spark note it, it works. not tests, just quizzes that dont mean****.

This class was more of a creative writing class than a comp. & lit class. She's probably the hardest grader ive ever had for a teacher and for the most part impossible to please. Very disorganized and hairbrained too. This class was a total pain in the a$$ and not worth the time and effort.

This is college! You have to write about "stuff" that you dont always want to write about. But what she wants is for you to be real in your writing. She is a feminist, and prolly from a divorce, but she is passionate and likes her assigned books. Boring, but its English!Take office hours!

Kjersti Reed is one of the most opinionated, feminist,detail oriented teachers i've had.Unless you agree with her on certain issues tht are clearly ony her opinion, you wont do as well as you could.Helpful in office hours, but plan on spending min.1 hour.
