If you don't have any previous accounting experience, be prepared for a long, tough road ahead of you. Also, don't expect a lot of help past, "Maybe you should get a tutor." The lectures are a bit confusing. The only way I ended up comprehending anything was taking my own notes out of the textbook.

I had to take his class twice. The first time I did not attend class and when I did I did not pay attention, and I survived with a D, but I knew I could get a better grade so I retook the class this semester and passed with a A! His class is not hard if you pay attention and study the book!

If you changed your major because of a teacher then you aren't going to make it in life. Gunderson doesn't teach every single accounting class at MWSU. The class isn't easy in itself regardless of the teacher. Pay attention, read your book, STUDY, and you will pass with at least a B. If you don't like to study then you will find this class hard.

He is not a teacher! yes he does know accounting, but he cant teach it worth a damn. i was a 4.0 student and i withdrew from the class after failing the first two quizzes and the test. 4 weeks into the class and 18 ppl dropping later im happy as can be! ill definately be taking it with a different professor next semester!
