I've taken many classses with professor Fresonke, and she is definitely one of my favorites. She expects a lot of her students, rise to her expectations and you'll do fine. She is smart, witty and rarely boring- her classes are always highly reccomended by me!

she was pregant and didnt do half of the trip- instead she just sat in the room. When she did teach she did this weird thing with her eyes and would tilt her nose up like she was better than whoever she was talking to. I would not take an actual class at au with her ever!

I LOVED HER!!! I had her two times and loved her. She gives great books to read and does not over load you with papers and tests. She lets you enjoy the class. Recommended!

I had Fresonke for one class last semester and she was great - then I had her again this semester and it was like she was a totally diffrent person. much meaner. much ****ier. she always looks confused whenever people make comments, like she has no idea what's going. can't stand her at all now.

i didn't even know i had this class until the 2nd week of the semester and she caught me up right away. very nice lady and just had a baby with her very nice husband. brilliant at english...and expects a lot of students

As a freshman in her class I thought I'd be in trouble but if you just do the reading you'll survive. Throw in your 2 cents every now and again and she's not so bad. She was a fun teacher to have first semester and she was generally in a good mood despite being pregnant. She just had her kid.

interesting books! as long as ur reading, you'll get an A. she lets you debate+raise your own opinions. she is passionate about NY+ its writers. i did a photo journal, a fiction piece and a historical paper. no midterm/final. never bored. she's awesome! brings out ur talents, awakens ur insights
