seriously awful. didnt understand a thing. I did very well in high school physics, but when it came to this class, i was basically clueless as to what he was talking about. doesnt follow textbook. just a very confusing class!

Liked him over all. You don't need to go to class to do well. He curves a lot and has test corrections so it is very easy to get an A. Take this over the 2 semester class. Don't buy the book, you don't need it at all. Quizzes can be tough, but it is possible to do very well on them. He is a very nice guy.

This class is strange. You go through tons of material, and the tests are rocky. But test corrections and his funky "curves" on each exam make it very do-able to get an A. Pharm kiddos: take this instead of the two-semester physics. This class is frustrating at times, but overall you can get your A and it's worth it.

Really cool guy. Just so much stuff you need to keep track of. Journals and online quizzes are annoying. He'll do whatever he can to give people an A though. Just make sure you show up to class most of the time.

Dont go to class its unnecessary for this class. He is a terrible teacher thats all there is to it. The tests are :S but he will manipulate the grades enough to make it doable to get an A. I would say its worth taking this class over the 2 semester physics if you dont plan on transferring colleges

The class was definitely way too difficult for a 1000 level. He tried to clarify & make the information as interesting as possible.U pretty much have to guess on the quizzes because the wording of the questions is so far off from the study guide that confusion occurs very easily.Group projects for an online course weren't too cool, just a pain...

i had no interest in physics, but had to take this class 4 the requirement. He is a really nice guy, and he tries so hard to make the class interesting. He gives alot of chances to get a good grade, and he is good at what he does, its just that physics bores me to death. I would recommend him, if you have to take a physics class.

(online class) Calendar set up is odd. Lots of reading and group assignments. Not very good at helping you understand what he's trying to say. All quiz answers are in the reading. Mid-Term and Final ON CAMPUS (or w/proctor). No need for the book! What a waste of money.

lectures are pretty incomprehensible. he solves homework problems in class but just because you have the formulas in front of you (and therefore answers to the exams) doesn't mean you understand the material. expect an A but don't expect much else unless you plan on teaching yourself the material.

This guy is crazy. Makes no sense at all. The only time I attended class was when we had an in class lab exercise. If you're in this class, getting the old tests is a must. The class becomes an easy A with them.

This class should have been somewhat easy and interesting- instead we literally cover 30+ chapters of physics in a semester- and entire textbook!! It doesn't help that the prof rolls around the front of the room in a chair, throws his keys around, and draws confusing diagrams to try and "teach" us.

Maybe he's too smart for his own good... he knows what he wants to teach us but just doesn't do a good job of helping us out. Runs around the front of the room throwing things in the air and making up odd stories to try to teach us physics only to confuse us and make the class about 20x harder.
