I loved her. She gave me a new look at NC History and great ideas for my classroom. She can be a hard grader, but if you do what she wants, you'll be fine. Didn't have to do term paper. Book choices can be boring, but she will explain it. Really smart and shows how normal people played a role in history.

Great professor. I found the all essay tests rather long, but entirely difficult. This teacher made history interesting again. She has a passion for it that I will never have. She is willing to work with you, too.

The worst teacher ever. all she does is sit in class and talk, mostly about herself. I am taking a 400 level classes and there a walk in the park compared to this 100 level class. dont ever take this class or any other class taught by her.

Hard class but i learned a LOT. she gives 2 tests and a final exam, tests are hard, but she doesnt grade them too hard. She is willing to help you if you are having a hard time with her papers. She does assign quite a few papers, but they are short, 2 page max most of the time.

ALL she does is talk. She is nice most of the time. But it gets really boring hearing her lecture every class. She makes you read like 4 books and write papers on them. Test are just essays from her talking and the books... the class isn't to hard you just have to be able to handle her.
