I graduated from Suffolk in 2006. Stumbled across a syllabus from years ago and remember hot hot this professor is. I think she lives/lived in Selden, where I work. I hope to cross paths with her sometime and try to get her number.....for professional reasons of course. :)

This is a great teacher. If you're serious about graphic design you need to take her. I have heard stories from even herself about coming off harsh but she's always improving herself and that shows character. She was always helpful and knows her stuff. If your not full of hubris and actually talented she will like you and so will the real world.

Very clear on what is required. She is there to help you, but she's not the type to hold your hand. You have to ask questions, meet with her outside of class, do the work. She's very sweet, but very professional. Great teacher!

all these negative comments are complete BS. maybe she was more strict back then but she admits it and shes really made an effort to improve on anything she can. She asks students for their opinions on how she should/shouldnt teach, shes ALWAYS willing to help. if she doesnt help you its because you didnt ask for help. had her twice, great teacher.

I don't think she realizes that GRD102 comes after GRD101. In my 101 class we used the program day 1 and started a project the 2nd day! In her class it took forever. Macs aren't complicated we don't NEED days upon days of lessons. The best way to learn a program or computer is by using it! She IS a graphic design professor she should know this!

If your taking Graphic design for a major, im pretty sure you'll want to change your major. this professor teaches all the GRD courses, you'll need. Shes ALWWAYYSS late, shes all over the place with her teaching, demanding, and she'll give you a low grade even if you do all of your work. just horrible. drop an withdraw FAST!
