I love Dr. Elliot! He is really informative and you actually learn a lot in this class. He sends out detailed study guides of the test. And, you get to keep all of your test to use to study for the final. I would recommend him to anyone!

He's very clear in what he wants done. Attendance is a must!! But he's generally really entertaining and I would recommend taking him in a mini. Not to mention he is sooo cute!! (older, but so cute.)

He spells out all expectations. However, he is not tolerant of unexpected circumstances, emergencies, or needing to miss class. He reduced final grade by a number of points for each absence over three. You will do a lot of work outside of class on legal briefs and memos. Tests were multiple choice and a few short essay answer/fill-in-blank type.
