Professor Gerber has led the men's chorus since the 70s and is one of my favorite choral directors ever. He keeps rehearsal very fast paced and picks amazing music. Easy class and super fun. Don't miss the opportunity to take anything with him.

Gerber is an amazing technician and he teaches with a love of his craft that makes the students love it as well. When he tells you about the benefits of teaching voice, you not only hear about it, but you get to experience it ass well. There is no other option for undergrad pedagogy, but were there, I would recommend him.

Larry Gerber is by far the most underrated voice teacher at FSU. He teaches a solid, healthy technique. Recommended for both undergrads and grads. He is also a wonderful person. You'll look forward to your lessons, and he will make you want to practice in order to both replicate the great things he does in his studio and make him proud.
