The best educator I have ever had the privelege of learning from. Lots of writing. Not all the reading is necessary. Just pay attention in class and don't skip! He's a wealth of knowledge and basically friendly guy.

I took Political Theory this semester, and it was very hard. However, Dr. Hall is an incredible teacher who makes very difficult concepts very understandable. I would recommended Dr. Hall for any political science major.
