This man was the greatest man I've ever known. He passed too soon and I wish I could have been his friend longer than 4 years. He is the reason I have such an interest in politics. GREAT teacher and a LEGEND.

I've attended 3 separate colleges, and Klugman is by far the best professor that I've ever seen. I have numerous stories inside and outside of the classroom about how he was an exceptional professor, but I won't go into detail.

Best professor at Richland, hands down. Nice guy who always has a joke for you, and is literally a walking trivia factory. His classes are simultaneously entertaining and enlightening. If you walk into his class uninterested in politics, he will spark something within you for sure. I highly recommend and would take again.

I took two classes with Klugman because I loved him so much, and I hate politics. Klugman helped the class to be interesting and engaging, and the way he presents politics changes it from gibberish to something I can relate to and understand. One of my favorite professors, hands down!

Klugman makes his class easy for those new to politics to understand what he's talking about but he doesn't dumb it down to the point where an experienced political mind would take any heed. He is witty and keeps the class engaged. It is in no way hard or intensive but you will likely learn more and retain more in this class than any you've taken.

Loved him the best teacher there at the school!!! He makes every class fun and interesting. He actually made politics fun! Take his class not much homework and just a great class. His teaching styles are great fun and keeps you interested in stuff that would have been boring. Great Teacher

Klugman is AMAZING. I HATED politics prior to his class, but he showed me that they can be entertaining and fun. I actually REMEMBER things he teaches in class because he does such a good job of making them interesting, every historical fact or term is explained like it were a fun story or with an analogy. Awesome teacher.

I really enjoyed this class. He makes things interesting and tells awesome stories. If you go and pay attention, you will have no problems on the test because I asks bonus questions from the things he says. Really insightful and one of the few classes I actually enjoyed going to.
