very nice prof, this semester was an experiment-no tests, only short weekly response papers (graded pretty easily), a lab, and a term project. he's boring at times, super nice, i don't know if i would recommend him though if you're a psych major (no tests = little motivation to actually learn the material). some ppl never came to class and did OK

Professor Banks is AWESOME!!! He makes every class interesting by including lots of cool demos. Make sure you get him to explain them though, because sometimes he gets so caught up in the fun stuff that he forgets to clarify WHY everything happens as it does. Also, AEROBICS is the best class in the world :)

This class was so science-y that I would have hated it with any other professor, but Banks does a great job of keeping it interesting without cutting out any of the important details. He's hilarious and brilliant and I never wanted to miss class because of his demos.

He seemed very scattered in his lectures and I found it very distracting and at times frsutrating. It was good that he used a lot different sources for pictures and demos, but some times, I got dizzy just watching it all switch back and forth.
