Super kind and great swim coach. I was terrified of swimming before the semester but I love it now because of how easy he made it seem. I even had to miss the first lesson actually in the pool and I was still able to catch up and excel. 10/10 would take a class with him again.

Comment:

I took him for both Swiming for Non-Swimmers and Beginning Swim - and I loved both classes. While he is a very chill and laid back guy, he wants you to be able to swim well - and then improve. He teaches the different strokes clearly and is always there to ask questions. He also happens to have great sense of humor. Overall an outstanding teacher.

Great swim coach. Very clear education plan and explanation of basic strokes. He's helped me immensely to surpass what I thought I could achieve as a swimmer. I recommend him to all levels. Show up and swim. There is a take home midterm and final.

Oh my. Whether you can swim or not, show up and get an A. Great guy, funny, helpful, super easy midterm, open book for 2 weeks? If you fail this class, you fail at life. This class is better than any gym membership - you get an amazing workout, earn credits, and costs practically nothing. The textbook is downloadable free, so DON'T BUY IT!

Very laid back mentality. Lets you work at your own pace whether you are a swimmer or beginner. Gives you possibility to make up a missed swim. It's an easy A class. Midterm and Finals are take home. Good source is "A way to a healthy Life" $3 at bookstore. Gives extra credit for showing up on rainy days. I've taken his class several times.

I'm a swimmer and went into his class ready to just swim. I got injured in a car accident halfway through and he worked with me to make sure I still had a good grade. This teacher is AWESOME. He's a lot of fun and easy going. Glad I took his class.

His swim class was very easy. After teaching strokes and techniques the first few weeks, he leaves you on your own to do the workouts listen on the board. When you finish you can leave. You don't have to show up every time- which is nice when you are sick- and he gives double credit for rainy days.

HE is a horrible swim teacher he seems nice and then will talk about you with other students. He also doesn't help you at all with swimming.He repeats the same workout the entire semester.Do not take any of his classes.
