Leslie is funny as hell. He is stuck in his ways, but he enjoys a good healthy argument. The best way to get on his good side is to have an opinion, no matter what it is. His class is simple, and he is entertaining as hell. Was one of my favorite classes.

Funny old guy. Very stuck in his old ways, but not hard to deal with. 2 open book in class writings, 2 exams, 1 easy presentation. MUST be on time and in class for grade. He's a little abrasive in the beginning, but he's a good guy. Class isn't demanding at all aside from attendance. Recommend taking Ethics with him if required.

Attendence is mandatory; book is not. Very funny; tells personal stories that will crack you up. No homework. MUST RAISE HAND AND TALK. This class is very easy and fun but you must participate, which means a lot of idiots raising their hands and not contributing anything meaningful. That might have to be you. Great teacher, great class.

He's a very passionate professor... do NOT be late it's annoying to him and the entire class when he stops and has to tell you to leave, after he already went on a rant the first day about not being late. Take this class with an open mind and do NOT make spelling mistakes on your writings he will mark off for each one!

I like Leslie, but his writing exams are like personality tests on a job application. They are opinion-based, but if your opinion defies his, you'll be penalized. I learned that the best way to pass Leslie's classes is to humor him by agreeing with him despite his serious leaps in logic, i.e., no you've never stolen a paperclip from your job.

this guy is just crazy. he will go off topic and he will make you laugh but you cant be easily offended by things or dont take his class. he complains about a lot of things but in a funny way. class isn't hard we got to miss over 6 weeks of class in fall06 and i cant complain with that

You will either find him really funny or really annoying. He says the most random stuff and goes off on tangents-I haven't learned a thing about research methods but I'm not complaining. He gives you so much time to do projects where you don't have to come to class-definitely a perk! He is a big **** too but it's funny because he's just lonely!

Contradicts himself. If he likes you, you'll get a good grade. I got a 90% in his class. Yeah, got a B. If you have to take him, make sure he knows who you are. Participation was the determining factor for me, even though I participated. Raise your hand a bunch, even if you have nothing to say.
